Zhejiang Jinray Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2020 as a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of silicon materials and third-generation semiconductor materials. It is a key construction project in Zhejiang Province, China.

Our products include epitaxial layers on silicon polished wafers, buried layer epitaxy in device processes, and epitaxial layers in power devices such as CoolMOS. The company focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of 8 to 12-inch high-performance silicon epitaxial wafers.
It is partially owned by MinDe electronics, a GEM-listed company (code: 300656). The planned production capacity is 3.6 million 8-inch wafers and 1.2 million 12-inch wafers annually, with an expected annual output value of 900 million CNY after the first phase of operation.
